Cool tail setup trouble!!

Almost there but cant setup the tail. using xp61092 and gy401 on a shogun v2 . Not sure what happening now. It revs up and then the nose turns to the right and starts piroette real fast. Cofused by the reverse on the gyro and reverse on the xmitr. Are thry the same? tried reverse and the it turns to the left slowly and theres not enough throw to turn it to the right. Have the gear channel set at 60%. Throotle channel set at 85%. Please help!!

Re: tail setup trouble!!

if you have the AVCS to on position and you have a computer TX make sure the Revo is turned off or INH.

i have the 240 gyro on my hornet when i first set it up i plugged the servo into the reciever where the gyro plugs (channel 4 on mine) turned on the TX then the heli and centered the servo horn. then i removed it and pluged the gyro to the reciever then the servo to the gyro. i made sure the the gyro AVCS was on. and the gyro Gain was at 50% factory setting. it works fine i havent made no other adjustments since.

the reverse on TX and gyro are probably both the same it just reverses your servo movement. you should notice the difference . maybe go search RCU and look for your problem or 401 setup or your TX settings in the shogun threads. thats where i found my Tx settings for my hornet
