Question 22#E TX Problem

Kia ora from Aotearoa again!

I have recently ordered new parts for my heli from Hong Kong, a couple of main motors, a couple of tail blades and a tail motor, as I have progressed alot since my debut flight, I rarely crash thanks to Radds Tutorial.

I am up to a hover and learning to hold tail left, right, and then I will progress to nose in.

All I seem to do is burn the main motor out, but never to fear I have 2 suckers now!

So I have placed the motor in, everything is tight, screwed in, set up and ready to go.

I turn on the TX, connect the battery. Place heli on ground and begin to throttle up.

I have it trimmed so it starts to spin first white line.

As it throttles up, it begins to spin and I move the throttle up more and more, and no response. NOWIt either does 1 of 2 things.

1st, it will catch up to my input (like a lag of response) and spin up hard and fast, or

2nd, I will move throttle down and it will respond to the input I put it on, hit that speed, and then throttle down as I move the stick in almost immediate response.

So, my question is this, WHAT THE?!?

I have no idea on what the problem is, any help, great!

E noho rā !
