Question walkera 60 head upgrade help needed

Hi, new heli arrived from HK with crushed transmitter so whilst waiting for replacement (6 weeks) got feed up and fitted metal head. Now trying to set it up the problem is the pitch moves from neutral to negative when throttle is moved up (swash-plate moves up). I checked with the plastic head the swash-plate movement is correct and the new head was supplied ready made. Any help would be much appreciated

The alloy head works backwards and is a pain to set up, Also if you don't carefully locktite everything it will fall apart in flight.
I had one and gave up on it after it broke in two places before I even got it to fly.
