KV also known as RPM/V you can work the equation out but its far easier to use an headspeed calculator

for the 60 look at 3500 to 4200 KV motor's - the higher the KV the lower the Torque so I would not go above the 4200 KV
Pinion size need to match the motor - usually headspeed range for 400 class wants to be 2500-2800 but with the hobby people go up to 3000 to offset the lower torque, if you take gear at 140T its about right.

I think I have warned you before the 2200mAh 15C battery is pushing it a little if your setup is a little off you could fry a 30A ESC with it.
