Re: Is everyone hibernating?

Man, I was just thinking the same thing when I looked at the daily posts...not much activity out there! The weather here has been fairly decent for flying. I have been spending a lot of time on the sim, went out to ply my TREX last weekend but all my "charged" batteries had drained! Guess I had been hibernating for longer than I thought! I plan on getting some more flight time in over the weekends so I can share my crash pics!:-)

Re: Is everyone hibernating?

It's been too windy and snowy and rainy and cold here to do anything but to try to stay warm! I've got my Helis ready and it's killing me to have them grounded this long.
Sick of the Sim too!

Well I got two packs in with my Esky 004! Had a minor crash in the end, the winds picked up (7 mph, I can't handle much) and one leg of my training gear snagged a fench so I shut her down. Going to take a closer look at her tonight,,it was fun

Re: Is everyone hibernating?

I got lucky, just snapped one of the blade holders into place and replaced the tail rotor and the indoor test hover check ok!

I must say this esky honey bee 004 FP is a really good heli. All I had to do was tilt the swash plate back a little and that was it! Everything checked out good. It really was a RTF.

Re: Is everyone hibernating?

That's great! I didn't have good luck with my Sabre fp, It almost convinced me to quit Helis!
