Set up was great, no problems found. It fly's very percise, very impressive! It was flown in doors. But.................it did have a movement every now and then that I did not input. I ran the antenna in side the tail boom and let about 18 in. hang out the back and the problem went away.

Be carefull!! I noticed that the rear motor wires were rubbing the top main gear. So I re-routed it so it would not touch, I failed to note how the plug was positioned before I unplugged it. I thought it should be plugged in like the other motor plug,,,wrong. I was going to test fly her and smoke came from the rx and the rear moter did not turn, geuss I fried the receiver?

I'm I safe to replace the receiver, or could the motor be damaged also?

The safe thing would be to replace them both. I always try and replace any suspect parts.

The last thing you want is to have an in flight failure that will wind up costing you a hole lot more $$$$$

I have flown it for a total of about 1.5 hours since last post. I was inspecting it and noticed a crack on the plastic top shaft sleve. When I touched it with a srew driver it broke (or more like crumbled) into three peices! I did use blue lock tight on the srews that held it in place about a month ago?
