Re: Just bought Walkera 37 as 1st Heli?

Hey Carly!

It's going well! I have ordered a new motor/esc, the DX6 with servos, lipo's, but no pitch gauge yet. Thanks for reminding me, I'll definately need it huh? What should the pitch be set to? I like the links to the videos. Much easier to watch and learn than read and learn for me! The Heli looks great, and since it came with a second for parts, I haven't really bought any spares yet, but I do need to pick up a set of training gear, and now, the pitch gauge!

Re: Just bought Walkera 37 as 1st Heli?

its ok mate could of been worse youve could of called me carla lol

pitch for now while your learning i would set it low stick -2, mid stick 0,
3/4 stick +5, high stick +9 remember to unplug ur motor while your doing this dont want any accidents

training gear is a must but a pitch gauge is essential other wise it would be differcult to get the pitches right for hover etc etc hovering pitch is about +5-+6 and you need -2 to be able to bring hely down in winds cos a bit of strong wind lfts the hely higher good luck
