Re: help

Larger helis are potentially more dangerous yes....but they are more stable too....depending on the setup....set up to the manual with the heli they are quite sedate...probably fairly accurate on the sim in that way.

Your sanwa has memorys? if its a computer type radio ie it has an LCD screen then it probably is a computer radio.....if so it should have memory set ups so you can use different models with the same radio...as long as your models have receiver packs that match the radio.

My radio has 10 memorys...each memory can be set up for a particlar model...including the switch set ups. Computer type radios have been a giant step forward in rc flight.

Let us know the radio type....any letters/numbers labelled on it? someone here probably can help you more.

Rob

Is there an rc heli club near you at all? that would be a real advantage.

Re: help

Computer radios are definetly the way to go. Even a cheap one like a JR XP6102 has a 10 model memory, allowing you to simply change models, with each one set up for the specific model.

Re: help

Hi
glad you desided to keep the 450 and I'm not in to airtronics sense all my radios are JR. But how about asking in the radio section. Putting a post there might get a copy of one. I been sending manuals on GMP crickets for the last year through emails all over the world. Or go to the main Airtronics Home page they have copies of manuals in PDF free.
Just hang in and enjoy flying and keep the ball ends working free and smooth.
Also another thing is if you are using a futaba rx unless it is shiftable from negitive to postive it will not work I know Air and Jr are postive shift. I hope I'm not repeatting myself as I didn't look in my last replys.
Just have fun.
