engine set up

is there anyone that can help me i have a raptor 30 v2, when i start my copter it sounds fine but when i give some power to take off it sounds as if the engine is really rich and struggles to take off! once i get it in the air the engine changes note and revs how it should do! what screw do i adjust to put this problem right? also since this problem has accured it won't idle it just cuts out! all i need is some help on adjusting the slow ruuning needle and the fast running needle! any ideas?

In order to help best we really need some more info. What engine is it? Is it new or used? If new is it still at factory settings?
