GY611 and Batteries

Im having problems with my gyro, when I swicth to Rate mode everything is fine, but as soon as go to AVCS I start to get some crazy hunting every 3 or 4 seconds, then stops then comes again. any idea, I can adjust gain from 70 to 110, condition is the same for all the range.

Second, I have an Eagletree system installed and I have a weird thing happening with my battery which is a NiMh 2700ma, as soon as I push the throttle stick I loose around 0.8 to 1V, which is senseless because Im doing nothing but moving the throttle servo, if I move the servo with the engine off I have no change in voltage. it seems something with vibration, any help will be great.
