Question Help locating a raptor

I posted a thread under gas heli about finding a new helicopter. I found a raptor 30 complete set motor servos transmiter gyro starter and all for $1,100. Does anyone know where I might be able to find this pakage in a 60. I would prefer al metal construction. Also let me know if you think you know somewhere I can find it cheeper. Thanks.:

Re: Help locating a raptor

If your looking for a 60 with all metal parts and everything included, you won't find anything under $1600 at best. The 30 for $1100 is a little high but reasonable. We had a member in our club selling a 30 with all equipment for $800 and that is the cheapest price you will probably ever find.

Are you just starting out or do you have electric helis and want to move to nitro?

Re: Help locating a raptor

I had a dragonfly. I sold it because i got tired of only being able to fly for about 9 min. then having to land and change batery packs.

I can fly but I'm not an expert at build and repair yet.

I have a piolets licence and have always wanted to fly a helicopter. I figured this was a good way to try it out.

Do you know of any place online I could find a new one with everthing at a good price. I live in a small town in Ohio and have nowhere local to go.

I would really appreciate any help.
