Did you call UPS to check the status of the package? Shortly before Xmas, I ordered some parts from eHirobo. I used UPS shipping because I like their real-time tracking. On the scheduled date of arrival, I went online and checked the tracking number. UPS showed an exception, seemed the driver couldn't find the address. So I called UPS, they called the driver, the driver called me and I had my package an hour later.

I second the HeliProz suggestion. They are awesome, I have had nuttin but great experiences with them. Top notch guys.

hello, i also live in venezuela and had problems with rc stores like: xhelli, raidentech, wonder hobby but especially with midwest-rc. with this last one i have Wait for 8 months for my order and nothing happens even the web page has disappears, with the other rc shops they canceled the orders most of the times with more than a week without any information and i have to wait for 21 days to my bank to clear the amount of my credit card, I use now tower hobbies and main hobbies, they make the S&H the same day of the order and prices are real goods,
