Question Nexus clutch bell woes

I have a nexus that I have flown for 3+ years without any serious accidents, however it is showing some wear. I found the clutch bell bearing to be quite rough so I replaced it, but now I can't seem to get it aligned right, and the clutch drags on it so it never really releases.

Any Ideas??

I know this is a little late but on the off chance that you have not sorted the problem, Or that someone else may come accross the same problem. If the bearing that you insert is not square then the bell will be off at an angle. The little misalignment at the bearing is exagerated at the outer rim of the clutch bell.
I Broke clutches due to haveing the same problem it took me 2 sets of clutches to realise what it was that was causeing the problem.

Solution is to take the bearing back out and make sure the gap that receives it is clear, then ensure the bearing goes in square. Test fit the fan and clutch shoes before fitting back in the heli. then be ready to realigne the starter shaft with the engine. This should sort out your problem.
