hello can eny one help me im going to the shop next week to get my fist helicopter ive bin advised on a raptor 30 would this be a good one to have as a first or is there any better. all the best ..thank you

Ok firstly let me be honest enough to tell you that all you will get in reply to this question is a personal opinion. Ther are lots of them and each one will be diferent.

Haveing said this, I will give you an opinion that is based on easy maintinance availability of parts and cost.
The advice you already have is good. The Raptor 30 is a very succesfull helicopter, The fact that so many people use this machine speaks volumes for it.
Its generally a very reliable machine when properly looked after.
I don't own one yet but plan to be getting one xmas.
the raptor has a good list of upgrades so the heli will stay with you right to 3D flying and then it can hold its own. Parts and availability of them for this heli are good and fair priced.

you could do a lot worse than starting out with the raptor.
