| Twister 3D NEW MICRO IN TOWN Has anyone else read the reveiw on the twister 3D in the rotorworld mag? You know forget my ordering 2 honey bee King heli's, I may still go ahead and get them. But the Twister 3D is defo on my hit list now. The thing looks absolutly stunning and it is screaming at me to go out and let it be my re introducton back into electrics. If I had my way I would got out today and grab one right now. You talk about getting the best bang for your buck. Well if you are already flying heli's and can hover. Then this baby is what you need to take you on, Parts are cheap but not crap, The model is well designed, It comes almost ready to fly ARTF. and the little darling realy does fly 3D. All that For £129.99 for the expert version. Drooling now Yep I am off to look at one today. I might even slip and accidentaly loose the credit card in the direction of the till. Trust me it is a long time scince I've had this churning feeling in my stomach. I will have one, And sooooooon. You can find the twister 3D at www.jperkinsdistribution.co.uk go on have a look at that baby. Forget about your others that just let you down. That don't do anything exept cry upgrade and one day I might fly well. Get yourself the right one from the start.

| Re: Twister 3D NEW MICRO IN TOWN Its interesting i have been looking at that and the Hummingbird 3D Pro (which is a true micro), and the Ark X-400. Have you seen the Ark X-400 darren? You can get the kit for £70 and it looks far more substantial in its frame and parts - plus it has a belt driven tail which most people seem to prefer? Butuz

| Re: Twister 3D NEW MICRO IN TOWN MMmmmmm Hummingbird 3D Pro, Very nice heli also yes, Also a great reputation and product support is very good. It is also a damn good heli stock that will see you through your learning to hover, FFF, Loops and rolls, it will even hover inverted without the need to upgrade. I have not seen tha Ark 400x, not yet been very busy with sick wife today so not much time for reading or researching. I contacted the local supplier for the Twister 3D today. I asked them how long it would take to get one in store and they said they could have one next day after ordering one. So guess what I am going to do in the next few days, CHeck finances and if allowing me to go for it I certainly will.

| Re: Twister 3D NEW MICRO IN TOWN Yep it certainly will, It is fitted with a gy401 in the reveiw in rotorworld. It has none of the tail glitching that other micro electrics develope in a stall turn. So I guess it would work great with your gyro also. I only have a PG03 going unused at the moment. In the other 2 heli's I got a GY401 and a (copy)GY400 that is as yet untested. Me and Nelster have just built a test stand that we are going to run the heli with the GY400 in it on. I don't think that the GY400 is working quite right but again this is the problem with copy parts. I was keen to see how it performed so bought one. so far it looks the part but when I was setting the gy400 up it didn't seem to be working how I expected it to. It may be that it needs a digital servo to work with I will try that out after testing it with a standard anologue one. If I can get it working well then as it is cheap I might just buy one for the twister.

| Re: Twister 3D NEW MICRO IN TOWN You realise that the GY400 is a rate gyro, not a heading hold don't you? (even though it says it is heading hold in the photocopied futaba instructions) Personally, i dont see the point in buying a GY401 copy that does nothing that the GY401 does. You may as well get a super light micro piezo rate gyro instead of the big heavy GY400? Butuz
