upsizing from micros.. what to buy?

I tried posting this in another area, didn't get any response so I'll try here.

I've had the piccolo, 3 hummingbirds and now the Blade CP... I'm wanting to get a larger electric. I'm thinking the ECO-16 is what I'm going to go with. Is this an acceptable aircraft as far as electric goes? What other options are there in that size range?

thanks!

Re: upsizing from micros.. what to buy?

Yeah, I'm still a hover baby and more interested in the size of the ECO16. I see the swift is alot larger than the micros... or so it says, didn't get into reading the specs on rotor diameter or anything.

I'll probably end up with the ECO16 since a friend has one that he can't figure out. He's got 2 extra scale bodies and he said he'd give me one if I pick up the ECO. I'm just hoping it's a LOT better quality than the piccolo was. His looks pretty sturdy. Now, if he could just get it off the ground. I told him to give it to me for a week and I'd get it to hover. I don't think I'll spend the extra money on the brushless motor/ESC just yet. I'll just pick it up, build it and bring it in to work to practice with it. I can just see the cloud of dust and pigeon feathers flying already...

hey helomech;
dont know what would bee the next step but i would think there was something out there that you can fly in more than a breeze. i fly the blade cp and a nitro 30 size and find myself flying the nitro more and more due to bad weather. has anyone looked into the new swift by century, it looks to be about a 30 size but in electric?this looks like a nice heli but being new i havent seen one up close or at the field yet.
