Disaster Averted

After flying around awhile, I noticed that my tail was acting eratically. I tried adjusting the gyro settings, but it kept getting worse. Finally, I decided to pack it in and figure it out later when I noticed that I was missing one of my two tail boom bolts and the second was severely loose. The tail was just flopping around and had nothing to do with my gyro. Before I fly it again, I will make threadlock my friend.

OK, but what's that got to do with your helicopter?

Yeah. My tail tends to do this twitchy wag thing when I get really excited while flying the helicopter. The tail of the helicopter was also acting strange.

Does your ears fold backwards as well when your tail wags?
