| Walkera z400 x-mitter Hi, Does anyone have a decent english manual for the Walkera #35 z400 transmitter. If no manual, can explain the basics involved with the dip switches on the back, and setting up CP Normal and CP 3D pitch curves. Thanks, Opus |

| Re: Walkera z400 x-mitter Just so you dont think that anyone can be bothered to answer you. I am afraid I know nothing of this tranny. Good luck hope you find what your looking for, I done a quick search on the web for the device that you named however and you have given the details of the heli not the transmitter. The best I can make out from what I read is that the switches on the tranny revers the direction of the servos. Hope this helps.

| Re: Walkera z400 x-mitter Seems logical, but if it'd be reverse, why are there 8 dipswitches on there when it's only a 4-channel tx? I have the same thing, am also curious I don't want to just try it out and do any harm to the thing. (Yup, newbie here)edit: I think this quote answers the question. reverse indeed. Quote:

| As for fokke's heli (DF 22d) you probably know this by now but your helicopter is a fixed pitch model which only has a 4 channel radio not 6 channel like the z400 which has a collective pitch. Only the first four dipswitches on the 4 channel transmitter are operational and the other four are not used. As for Opus, you may not need this anymore but if anyone else reads this you can get a new updated manual for this that is completely rewritten and much more helpful than the original z400(Dragonfly #35) manual with full instuctions including pictures on how to adjust the PLT/PZT knob settings and dipswitch function details and much more at Walkera's new updated website www.walkera.com(when entering this site for the first time it may ask you to download the chinese language pack that may require inserting your Windows installation disk, however this is not required to continue and can be canceled). The link for the Dragonfly 35 and 36 (combined manual covers both) online manual is: http://www.walkera.com/cn/upload/exp...50104_expe.pdf and the download (4.89Mb) link is: http://www.walkera.com/cn/download.j...50104_expe.pdf Other updated helicopter manuals avalible include DF#4, DF#5, DF#22e, DF#37, DF#39, DF#56, DF#59, DF#60. Also there are manuals for their new gyros and transmitters that are very helpful as well. |
