futaba 6exh channel six(pitch) not working

Hi finally got my trex 450s HOT MACHINE i must say. It came with a futaba 6exh tx and i cant seem to get channel 6 to work.
what stick mode should i be in its in 1
what end point should i have channel 6 set at its at 0 throttle o pitch 100% throttle 140% pitch
what swash plate set( its in I-3)
and can any other setting effect channel six perhaps a channel selector switch? I dont know please help.
sorry about all the questions so i will give a bit of info back.

Hard wiring youre motor to your speed control makes it difficult to not lose an eye whill setting up your pitch curve .
