| Need advice re: servo arm position Hello... I just replaced a servo on my Axe CP. I saw in the manual that the servo arms must be level in the zero position... the new one isn't. Noplace in the manual does it explain what to do about this, should I shorten the pushrod to compensate for the arm angling up slightly? |

| Re: Need advice re: servo arm position Unplug the motor, turn on the Tx and Rx, center the stick and trim, remove the servo arm and fit it onto the closest spline on the shaft that will let it be as "level" as possible. It should then only take a little trim, if any, to make it all the way level. The swashplate should then be level, and if it isn't then the length of the rod needs to be adjusted to make it level. By "level" I mean, 90 degrees to the drive shaft. |
