Drangonfly 22e big questions

Hi all, I am a newbie to this stuff and from reading many of the post I can now understand why my bird would ot fly out of the boxLOL.

I have one qustion. When you are checking to make sure all the servos are working. I have noticed that I have one servo that does move like the other two. Its like it is dead. This is one of the two that are in the back of the roter shaft. When I move the controls and the fine adjustment controls the front servo and only one of the rear servos move, while this one does about nothing compared to the other two. Is this normal? Or should I see more movement on this servo. I checked the conections. I just thought I should at least see some kind of movement from this one servo.

Hey all of you. I have seen 11 people here look at this post. can anyone tell me about this? I think that my bird came to defective. Both of the battery bands were broke, the frame was not exactly straight, I think that this servo might not be working correctly. Any input would be wonderful.

if you can't make the servo do anything no matter what, and you are sure you have it plugged into the right port, then yes it is dead. don't know which ports are which onthe 22e.

Try plugging the suspect servo in to a channel that you know is working to see if is the servo and not a bad RX

It was a bad servo - I finally got my replacement parts and the new one works great. No wonder I crashed my bird right out of the box.LOL Boy did I lear a lot by replacing 1 flybar link and 1 main blade link. I don't think this bird could be any bettered tuned now - splen about a week going over all the detail out on the Wakera bible page

Hey Johnbird, I too, learned a whole lot by replacing pretty much the entire assembly from the swashplate up. I almost went with the entire assembly from Bell-hiller for the Blade CP, but it is a little expensive. Anyway, good luck, the walkera has some issues(mostly cheap plastic parts) but is fun to fly and parts are cheap. I had a good hove at about 20 feet before mine decided to pitch right and crash(most likely pilot error) broke the tail boom along with most of the rotor assembly, including bending the shaft. Good luck, and keep flying.

Hey i have a 22E too i just bought it and crashed it the first time i flew it..i did take it to the hobby shop and they spent like an hour adjusting it, they did get it to fly but they said the 22E was tail heavy, which doesn't mean much to me because im new to helicopters too!! but i do know if you unhook the ESC wire that goes to the Main motor, and disconnect the tail rotor, (both the pink ones) turn your helicopter on, and push the throttle all the way up (make sure the motor is disconnected!!!) and one of those servos adjusts the pitch when you give it throttle, so im not sure if that helps but yeah thats what the guy said to me..but if you get any good feedback for this helicopter please tell me too! because i seem to be in the same place you are, sept i did get it off the ground! (then crashed)
