nexus30 setup

i've recently bought a nexus30 with hitec eclipse7 radio. done all per manuals etc, fiddled heaps but still only just get it off the ground & it goes crazy. pushed it a bit hi'r & almost got to hover but body rotated left so tried to rudr correct - no good so pulled back & fiddled more with R/t mix & revmx. put lots of fuel thru it &haven't pranged it yet. can anyone who has a similar working setup advise on their radio settings that i might try - getting frustrated but having fun(i think).
