quick simple tip

If your not sure wich way the throttle arm is suposed to be .
Connect the fuel tube to the nipple on the carb ,blow through the fuel tube , when the air passes through the throttle is fully open when no air can pass through the engine then the throttle arm is fully closed simple but effective.
