Blade 400 battery questions...

Just got my 400, and I have some questions about getting another battery.

1) Can I get their 3200 (EFLB32003S) battery and use it in the heli no problem? I.E. weight and size issues.

2) Will the charger that comes with the 400 charge this one up fine? I would expect it to take twice as long, so Long as it don't cook it (which it won't) or not charge it "hard enough" to keep it fresh.

3) Are there any other manufacturers that make a pack that will fit the 400 without any modifications (plugs etc.)? I know that ParkFlyer has a 2100 pack, but it seems a little pricey to me.

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Re: Blade 400 battery questions...

ok... so I finally found a site that gave me the weight and size of the 3200... but I can't compare it to the 1800 because I can't find any site that has it's specs.

3200 = 10.9oz 1.7x5.4x1.0

Yes your charger will charge it, it will turn off itself when charged up, that should be about 1hour & 45 mins or so.
I have 2 x 2200 as well from dear old Hong Kong, paid £20 for the two, that's $40 if your US.

Size of the eflite pack is 100mm x 30mm x 20mm

Regards
Ross
