Question New Charger and Batteries?

Hi everyone,
I have the BCX, have 3 stock 2 cell lipo batteries, can't get more that 3-5 minutes flying time, prolly a little less.
I fly until I see that it will not lift like it should then I shut 'er down for a cool down and then replace the battery and go charge the one I just used.
I won't lie, sometimes I push it to fly just a bit more...just don't want to stop!! And sometimes I don't catch the charger just when the green light goes off, might be a few minutes after the light goes off b4 I disconnect it. But, not too long though.
I have the stock balance charger also.
What I would like to know from you guys is:
1. Which charger should I get? not too expensive but a good one though.
2. Which batteries should I get?
3. Where would I get these?? I doubt that my LHS will have but....never know, they are mostly into cars.
Sorry for asking such newbie questions but...gotta learn somewhere and you guys on this Forum have been outstanding!!
Again, this is for the E-flite Blade CX, not the CX2.
Thanks so much in advance,
Blue

Re: New Charger and Batteries?

i use this charger and it works great it charges all types of battery's and lipoly 1-5 cells. it does need a 12v power supply ive been using a 12v hobby battery from my old flight box.

if your going to get a new lipoly battery get a name brand like thunder power, kokams, E-tek they are all good and will last. they do cost a bit more but well worth it.
