Cool PC power supply

I just modified a pc power supply to use with a lipo charger-anyone who is interested can follow instructions at this site-http://www.marcee.org/Articles/PCPowerSupply.htm. It's fairly easy to do and works great-without mod you only get about 11.6 volts. With this mod I get a safe power source of 12.29 volts @ 13 amps.

Re: PC power supply

lol me being a bit of a cheap bastd i recently done this mod. i find it better than a car battery (lighter :P)

as for the load light you dont actually need that if your PSU has a 2x2 yellow/black wired square plug as its a constant 12v supply for the mobo and is seperate to the other 12v feeds
