Very good R/C battery sites

I've just been doing some battery research and come across this very good site.

Moderators: Perhaps this thread can be made "sticky" and others can add their useful battery sites too?

Re: Very good R/C battery sites

I just bought 4 batteries from helidirect and am thrilled with the performance and price.
The 2200 MaH 12-c E-Flight batteries are 38 bucks and perform as well as my Thunder Power 2200 MaH lipo pack that cost 90 bucks for only one of them. The E-Sky 2-3 cell balance chargers work "OK" the price is 9.99, but I got two of them for backups, I use the higher dollar E-Sky 2-4c Lipo charger and they work great for 29.99 each, my battery collection is about 12 lipo packs and 6 chargers and RISING . I hate charging out on the feild, I want to fly 6 hours and not worry about charging wile I fly, Thats what monday nights and Budweiser where invented for
I store them in a "Home Land Security" fire box I bought from Walmart, to
many accidents are popping up out here at the local fields due to the onset of HOT weather, I tell ya only one of these packs blowing out on you will turn your whole truck into a cinder of ash. The fire ball is big and violent. The temprature difference between 60 degrees and dry compaired to a hot 95 degree day and humid can be curtains for your batteries.
I fly 8 minutes and land regardless of how much power is left on the battery pack.

-----------------------------UPDATE---------------------UPDATE-------------------------UPDATE--------------

Week number 3 and so far so good , these E-Flight 2200 12C batteries are performing over my anticipated thoughts on performance.

Re: Very good R/C battery sites

epower batteries
only cause their quality and the charger that is great is only 10 bucks
makeing it the cheapest grade a quality for battery packs
they even have 3s 1000mah to 3s 2200 mah to 4s very cheap.
instead of buying a 70 buck batt
then a 60 buck tritron charger or something of that sort.
www.helidirect.com
or www.ehirobo.com
id be careful of ehirobo.com people say they are bad. ive had 6 purchases...no problems.

I bought them because occasionally I like to gamble so what the heck.
To my UN-EXPECTED surprise they perform way better then I expected them to, I figured for 12 c rateing they would be indoor testing, scale flying slugs.
But NOPE, the 3 d mode shows no less power in performance then my Thunder Power 2200 MaH 16c battery pack. And no loss in flight time.
I think some of these guys claiming anything over 15 c rateing discharge need to be lab tested and proven it's not all hipe?
Now the real test of the deal is= HOW LONG WILL THESE LAST. Time will only tell. The thunder Power is well over 100 recharges and showing no signs of weakening, I am not expecting the same results with the 38 dollar deal.
