| gyro damage I recently crashed my heli. It came down pretty hard on the left side bending nearly everything (even the clutch bell). Does anyone know if a hard crash on the side will damage the gyro or make it less reliable? How can I be sure it is fine before I fly again? Is ther eany moving parts in there that can get jarred loose? All connections are fine and no solder joints are loose. |

| Re: gyro damage Hello Crash, As long as the impact wasn’t directly to the gyro, it should be fine. By the way, make sure that you inspect the gyro thoroughly. Look for hidden damage to the wires and the surrounding case. But everything should be good.

| Re: gyro damage Good, glad to hear that. Thanks for the info. I will inspect the wires more closely to make sure that they are ok. |
