| i'm quoting from a quote from Futabas site <quote> Can the 6X do CCPM? If so, which swashplate type do I need? The 6X non-supers do not have CCPM programming and it cannot be created manually using the mixes. Non-Super radios (ie. 6XA, 6XH) cannot be upgraded to supers. There is no way for the 6X non-super to do CCPM. </quote> It's not the end of the world though, the Raptor for instance uses mechanical mixing to do the same thing, don't know about other helicopters. The feature you really want is the throttle and pitch curve stuff. From what i've heard you can setup the collective and throttle on the same receiver channel on a Y lead to learn to hover, but you won't be able to get all the idle up modes and stuff using this system. I'm sure someone else will come along and correct any inaccuracies in my waffle later Russ |
