Walker 1001

I heard Walkera Transmitters are a clone of a JR model. There is no Walkera controller threads, so here it is here, sorry. This remote came with a battery and the charger, now this question may sound remarkably stupid, but here it goes:

The battery that came with the transmitter is for the radio, not the bird, right?

It'd only make sense in my opinion, but the pack cannot go in no matter which way you angle the battery. I have been using 8 AA's with the battery holder since I received the remote.

Who knows, it could be my fault, and my stupity ... I went and purchased Walkera products. AH

Re: Walker 1001

Thanks. I guess my real question is what type of batteries are suggested that are rechargable and have a good life time. (AA's)
