| Crystal Matching Question Is a Crystal a Crystal? Meaning if I walk into a Hobby Shop and ask for 72.410MHZ. CH.31 will the crystal I get fit into any type of receiver or does some kind of matching have to take place?  |

| The only difference I can possibly think of is FM or AM. Other than that it should be that easy. Don't know if you can get crystals at those frequencies any place but a hobby shop. I doubt radio shack would have them. |

| i have seen futaba and jr crystals sold as separate items, but that may be just a brand thing, i'm not sure if they are compatible or not |
