| My E-Sky 4-in-1 box for HoneyBee/Twister died because of a short circuit in the main motor. It looks like it burned one component inside the 4-in-1 box. I would like to change the component and if anyone knows what it is, please let me know. Everything works fine except the main motor output. If someone that has a Honey Bee or a Twister CP V2 could open the box and take a look or send me a photo, I would be forever grateful. A picture of my 4-in-1 and the burned component can be found here: http://indigo.ed.ntnu.no/jalla/files/pics/esky4in1.jpg (look for the red arrow) |

| Re: E-Sky 4-in-1 please help! You still need info on that??? i have a downed Twister CP V2 and would be happy to help if you could tell me that nothing falls apart or ripps off when the 4-in-1 box cover is unscrewed and taken off! I could take a look and a few pics too, maybe even identify it *Are those two models the same then? - Never really understood why they do all those different names!*

| Re: E-Sky 4-in-1 please help! The problem is since the whole thing is interconnected in a ton of ways it's likely that more than one thing fried on that board ![]() |

| Re: E-Sky 4-in-1 please help! Jalla may have been lucky... those pics seem to show just one thing totally frazzled, and if all controls just not motor work, it may have been a fuse component...! Worth a look if help is still needed and not wanting to fork out £40 on a new box... ![]() *Thought the likelihood is that you are correct, I suppose they would want you to buy a new box in that case anyway!*

| Re: E-Sky 4-in-1 please help! hi! yes I still need info... i would be very happy if you could take a look inside, maybe scan it or take a photo, or you might identify it . it's pretty easy to open and there are not much danger of destroying anything. just remember to remove the crystal before pulling the covers off since it goes through the plastic. there are two circuitboards inside. there's a plastic wall between them and the boards are interconnected by a 6-pin header that goes through the middle wall. just pull them out. i don't think it's possible to fail at putting it back together. looking forward to hear from you ![]() |
