| Re: jr xp7202 Thanks Jim for the info. I think I'll be happy with the JR radio and the 450SE. I'm an old Schluter HeliBoy flyer from the early 70's when AirTronics made a pretty good radio. Didn't have all the new stuff that radios have today including Gyros. Just getting back into helis after a long absence and have a lot to learn. I have the Futaba GY401 Gyro with a Futaba 9250 digital servo. Do you know if the 9250 is a good servo to be used with the GY401? |

| Re: jr xp7202 The speed is ok but not as fast as the 9254. The 9250 has a speed of .11 the 9254 is .6 and about $10 more. The heading lock gyros need fast!!! servos. They advertise the 9250 as a good tail servo. I think you would find that the 401 and 9254 will lock that tail. I checked mine and it is 9254. I dont think the budget is an issue here as they both are expensive. $99 for the 9250 vs $109for the 9254. for 10 more bucks? I see you go way back also. Are you finished building the Trex? JIM |
