Thumbs up Reflex Xtr Rocks

Hi guys and the odd Gal,

well, What can I say about this flight simulator that I havn't said before.
Its physics engine is great and as long as your graphics card in your PC can handle the program software and frame rates then boy are you in for a treat. the graphics engine allows impact with the surounding Trees as well as ground, You can practice your autos with it, So when you come to doing them with the real thing at least you have some experience to fall back on.
Look I could go on about the settings and condition options you got but I would bore you to death. The simulator however as long as your PC is up to it will prove to be the best investment you make in your heli hobby.

Try it. Go on, I dare you to dislike it. And if you do I wont bellieve you

Re: Reflex Xtr Rocks

I know this is a very late reply.
But for anone that is lucky enough to have had this sim for christmas.
The first thing you want to do is copy the settings that you have for your heli to a different model number on your tranny then name it Reflex.

Then any adjustments you make to these settings will not affect your real heli settings.

when you first plug your transmitter into the reflex it will take you through the settup and channel asignments menu. Then you will be asked to centre the trims and sticks for calibration.
When this is all done and you want to fly you may find that you can not get the Heli on the sim to throttle down. To solve this you will need to go to the select Model icon, Then adjust model paramatures and then turn off the Governor then select the mix throttle and pitch. Now you should be able to start off in axactly the same way as if you were just starting out. You will not need the governor on till your ready to throw the heli around (3D style).

If you have Idle up programmed into your radio then all this is active as well so is your chosen switch for auto's.

I will be available for further help if you have any more problems that I can help with.
