Hello: I Have A New Easy Fly 2 Sim, And A Brand New Computer. With The Windows Vista System On It. I Had It All Hooked Up, And Went By The Book, But It Tells Me It Has Found The Ubs Cable But Not The Transmitter? It Is The Transmitter That Came With It. And They Also Sent A Y -adapter With It That Will Work Some Other Radios That I Dont Have? I Cant Figure Out Whats Going On. Can Any One Please Help Me. Thank You So Much. Mike O ![]()

Re: trouble with a new sim Without seeing your radio I am guessing: Some sims work with the cable plugged into the Microphone socket of the PC...but you have a USB cable that was supplied with the radio? Vista might not work well with some sims....this has been known to happen. Is it possible to find someone with XP and try this instead? Good luck....its a good idea to use a sim.

Re: trouble with a new sim Thank You Hawkman: The Part I Dont Get Is. It Say That It Can Not Find The Transmitter. Well, Its The Same One That Came With The Easyfly 2 Paskage. And There Isnt But One Place To Plug It In. I Guess I Could Take The Whole Thing Over To A Different Computer And See What Happens. I Ordered A New Computer From Dell. It Is The One Im Useing Now. I Also Sent A Copy Of The Specs On It To Ikraus. They Looked It Over And Said No Problem That It All Looked Really Good. I Also Sent A Copy Of The Sim Specs To Dell, In Order That The New Computer Would Be Built Right. Thanks For Your Help, But It Is Still Not Working. Mike O

Re: trouble with a new sim Sounds silly but is there a place to put batterys in the radio? some need power within the radio...others supply the power from the USB cable...I know the realflight G3 package that includes the radio uses the USB cable...no batterys at all. Rob Ps... I used Easyfly...an early version...sure helped me learn to fly helis...its not a bad Sim...version 2 can only be better. Welcome to the hobby by the way...Enjoy!!!!!!! ![]()

Re: trouble with a new sim I am happy for you!!! Ok....just take it easy with learning to fly the sim...pick the slowest heli...I used the Jetranger on the first Easyfly sim...the '3D' heli was just too fast...kept crashing it...I got real good with the jetranger and then started with the 3D...I promised myself that once I could master this I would get some money together and buy my first real rc heli...which I did. Master the hover...thats the crucial thing... Rob
