RealFlight G2 Setup

Hi:

New to the hobby and have not purchased a Heli yet as promised the wife I would get the Sim and a radio and work at it until I felt sufficiently skilled to get a model and attempt a real flight. I am having some difficulty getting my radio set up to work with RealFlight G2.

I have a Futaba 9ZHP radio and have attempted to follow all the instructions for calibrating the radio in RealFlight including centering the trims, making sure ATV's are set to 100%, Mixing turned off and trying to set up the model as both an airplane and a Heli. The problem is that there seems to still be some mixing going on as I get responses of several of the Servos when using the calibration section under options. I don't seem to be able to get single stick response on the servos with any setting. When attempting to fly with the best setup I can get, the throttle goes to 100% at half stick and the pitch and roll is barely responsive.

Am I missing something in the setup?

Any help would really be appreciated.

Thx

You are not alone, I do have the same problem with my 9ZHP but I do not have any problem with my 8UHP working with G2.

Please let me know when you found the answer!

I have the G2 installed in the Windows 98 system working fine, but when change my OS to XP I could not install the add on volume 3, I have tried all way, the G2 webpage guideline but no luck!

I lately brought a Reflex XTR, Wow the graphic is super!!
The best part of the program I like is you can select which aixs you want to control on hovering (eg. just the elevator, aileron, tail or pitch or any combination) and at different angle and even inverted.
