R/C Simulators First

This is my first posting but I thought I'd just put in my 2 cents. For those that are starting out, DEFINIATELY think about spending the money for a good R/C simulator. I used Realflight G2 for 6 months before even buying my first heli. Now less than 2 months after getting my Hawk I'm already able to loop and roll. Within the first month I could "nose in" hover and move into forward flight. I'm having a blast, wishing I would have started this heli flying thing years ago. Like I said this is just my 2 cents.

I agree. I bought the G2 and my heli the same day. Built the heli and set-up in about a week. Flew on the sim for about 2 hrs everyday for that week and had no trouble with my first flights. I was nose in hovering in about half gallon of fuel. Two gallons later I'm in forward flight.
