Re: Free RC Helicopter sim (and a good one)

Ther is a site at http://www.mstry.com/dragonfly that is very helpful for downloading and using FMS and PPJOY --PPJOY needs to be running and minimized while using FMS-they work together to translate your transmitter into a virtual joystick. You can also download a Dragonfly profile to use with FMS-all free! For some reason it doesn't work for ccpm transmitters without a adapter-I use it for my Dragonfly 4 and it works just fine.

Re: Free RC Helicopter sim (and a good one)

Question:
It says to double click on the Setup.exe to begin download. Where is the setup.exe to click to begin the download??? I extracted the files but then what?

Re: Free RC Helicopter sim (and a good one)

I tried FMS, but it was unusable trying to fly with a keyboard.

I tried another one called ClearView RC, but it doesn't work for me. The java box opens and I breifly see a menu at the top, then it quits responding.

Pre-Flight seems like a great sim. I just ordered the cable to connect my Blade CP Tx to my computer so I can use it with Pre-Flight.

For those have used both FMS and Pre-Flight, how do they compare?

Thanks.
