has anyone here actually got the twin tail drive mount, by Hellihobby.com.....
Some people have made there own, and theres lots of arguments about good or bad, but has anyone got the proper conversion on there heli, i fu haave please respond, and settle one argument once and for all does it work !!!

I only want people who have this mod fitted to reply so we get a true account of this mod, not "so and so" says he thinks itll be to heavy, just people who have purchased it and are they happy, and how they feel it helps or not............

Then hopefully it will give a definative answer

Re: Dual Tail motor mod

Sorry i have direct drive single motor with no gearbox,. it is better.

I am of the oppinion that you should use 1 of something good rather than 2 of something crap.

But i know dual motor is popular.

Thumbs down Re: Dual Tail motor mod

So far
1, thanks for answering ,but u havent got one, so......

2, My twisters great but i jusy dont trust them tailmotors (even thought my heat sinked one has held so far 6 hours hard flight still good after going lipo) ,otors so if a purchasable mod works i will get it

3, If , and its getting to to be a big if!, the tail motor mod from hellihobby, is that good and sells, WHY has no one posted and raved if it is popular???...(or not)

SOooo if hellihobby are always sold out and selling em, someone here must have one, and be able to give a reliable reply, that inturn will help others, of finding out does this Bloody mod help with burning tail motor issues that plague the few of us that are (where not worthy!!!), unlike the godlike few that have direct drive, belt, shaft, voodo what ever.........

please read the first post qouate "I only want people who have this mod fitted to reply so we get a true account of this mod, not "so and so" says he thinks itll be to heavy, just people who have purchased it and are they happy, and how they feel it helps or not............" (some like u?)

so thanx for the reply, but nex time think wot the first question was, before inputting some lame "get this ,better than that crap !!!!"

I already know that Directdrive tail is better, i didnt need ur brain to figure that out, my question is "has anyone actually got the hellihobby mod or not,
has it stopped ur motor burnout issue, and weight?"

this mod : http://www.helihobby.com/html/dragon_fly_upgrades.html

part no PART#HH2268

This mod is turning out to be an urban legend
