lift off - NOT!

I have dragonfly 22d - I put training gear on it. All control surfaces seem to be working, I charged battery 2 hrs as per manual. At low throttle heli goes light on skids (off ground) but training gear balls still touching - at full throttle heli isn't lifting off beyonf that - any ideas why? Did I not charge batteries enough ( they were too hot to touch after 2 hrs)

Sounds like the battery does not have enough power to get the head speed high enough to get it out of ground effect either the charger could be bad or the battery has a bad cell you should check both with a voltage meter and see what is up.

this happened to one of mine too. Look at your lincages and make sure there all hooked up. Mine wasnt getting the lift it needed.
