1st flights with the TRex

Went well, no broken parts to speak of so it is a success! It's hard to fly these things but I'm into it now!!! I have flown probably 4 or 5 battery's worth and i'm happy. I think I need a heading lock gyro, so probably next weekend I'll invest in one.

well the battery is almost done charging so I'm off for one last flight before dark.

Great news and yes a better gyro will help I use the Futaba GY240 in mine and it works great some would say use the 401 but for a new person that is over kill and the 240is a good gyro I have a 401 in my Hirobo Freya and it is great for a large nitro but the 240 is more than enough for the Trex.Again GREAT JOB and now you will be hooked for life.
