what to expect

I've been training with realflight 3.5 for about 3 weeks now, I've worked myself up from using the impala trainer to the heli max cp (the heli max cp is the closest sim heli to my own blade cp as far as weight etc) I can now hover the sim pretty good, in the next week or so the weather is supposed to break here in eastern ontario where I live and if the wind cooperates I want to take the real thing out for a spin. What I'd like to hear is other peoples experiences after training on a sim and then taking out their own heli's.....kind of give me a heads up as to what to expect, or what to think about.

Re: what to expect

Hi Robb,
I just have this to say after starting on a FP 300 size machine and then getting a SIM later. The SIm will really help but flying outside in the wind (there is always some wind) is a bit different.
Try to be sure that there is as little wind as possible because flying a 300 size is always a challenge in any wind.
