new here

hello all.iam not new to helis ,nor am i new to tearing them up.first instead of buying a sim.first i figured to myself---how hard can it be.--bad thinking.i bought a cheap 4 channel fp heli .after 10 minutes i had broke a few parts.i then desided to order parts and anouther better heli ---wrong --those tiny plastic parts break so very easy.after 1 year and 4 cheaper helis later i desided to buy aeropro deluxe and it helped some.still after 1 yr i had very little flight time..i found a damaged corona on ebay with a brushless system but when i got it home it was more than just crashed---it was wrecked.i put it up for 6 months thinking i needed to learn more.recently pulled out corona and completely rebuilt it and it is so easy to hover around.i would tell anyone who is trying to learn hovering ,this is the heli to learn on.i have a lipo battery and get 10 minutes of pure pleasure.heck im 55 yrs old and never have tried flying anything.i love this stuff!!!!this heli is super forgivig.it can fly bent up.very well all the parts---what few there are ,they are very strong.best 400.00 total ive ever spent.i get at least 3 to 5 10 minutes a day before or after work.great starter heli!!!

Re: new here

Good find. There's just no substitute for finding whatcha want. And congrats on the rebuild. I looked the thing up and they say it's "extremely durable". That's a good sign. It looks like the new price would be around $650. It must be extra fun flying something you resurrected.

I'm 67 and a total junkie. I started messing with these things in the 80's but had to give it up after about a year. Now I'm back in it. When I die I'm taking my heli with me.
