Just spent 4hrs flying Ergo z230

Well I bought an Ergo z230 on ebay and set it up today. I got it to hover pretty quick once i figured it out. Spent a couple of hours of flying around doing a pretty good job forward back and everything.

Went through a couple of tanks of gas and was having a blast. Then while hovering tree height i lost power and crashed. Took the blades off and damaged the tail rotor. On closer inspection it looked like the fill tube had melted and the gastank ended up not getting gas due to no venting..

Oh well live and learn. Anybody know where to get a JR Ergo Z230 fixed in the north east?

If all else fails, try the snowpilot repair shop.

That's a nice heli. Unfortunately, it has been discontinued. But you can get parts here. And if you don't have a manual, there is one here.

I think you can fix it yourself and, to me, that's just more of the fun of this hobby. Anyway, good luck.
