First Flight

Yay! Today I got around to flying my Blade CX2. I hovered just fine, although I guess I'm cheating since it has the two blades. Anyway, everything was relatively easy. I took the training gear off, and was still very simple. I got taking off, flying around my yard than coming back to land pretty quick to, without any major crashes (I did have a couple hard landings). Long story short, I can tell these things are going to rip all my money away.

Re: First Flight

Hi,

Congradtulations on your first flights. Your on the slippery slope to heli heaven and hell. Its a great hobby, just remember to take it steady and learn as much as you can along the way.
Flying the Blade twin rotor is a lot lot easier than flying a single rotor heli so enjoy the blade but take it steady and don't be put off by the fact that you'll find the single rotor heli's more challenging. you can still learn to apply your inputs with the twin rotor.
Have fun.
