| I Wonder If I Should....... I was wondering if it would be o.k. to put like a 2x4 across the skids and stack some weight on the board so I could run up the engine without getting liftoff. This way I could check my Helis engine performance with all parts working. Any thought? |

| What you're trying to do is called a run up stand. It's basically a fixed stand, where you can bolt down your heli skids, and then run up the engine to test for blade tracking, vibration etc. |
