Exclamation hirobo shuttle ts starter wont engage engine

Hiya .. here's the problem I'm having.

When I put my electronic start in the TS (top start) of my helicopter, I don't know what I've done but when i try to spin the engine up it's not even engaging the engine.

Can anyone tell me what part i must of damaged, and what the part number is of the part that i need to replace.

I'd really like to repair this as soon as i know.

Thanks.
