Re: witch way?

It should be counter clockwise as your looking at the front [crankshaft side] of the engine,.You may need to put your finger over the exhaust, and crank it over till you see fuel going to the carb. And make sure your fuel lines are on tight, and have no cracks in them.

Re: witch way?

Counter clockwise is the normal direction....dont try the other way because you can loosen the nut that holds the clutch assy/cooling fan etc assy.

Check the carb is opening enough to let the fuel through....otherwise it will never run...try removing the fuel line....get a seperate piece of fuel line....and gently blow into it....there should be some 'give' or air flow which will indicate that the carb is in the start position.....if this doesnt happen then adjust your kill switch...or throttle trim (if you use that) setting till you get a result......put everything back together and try again....you should be able to see the fuel advancing.... on its way to the carb.
