| Help !!! Hi everyone out there. Im a newbie to this hobby, Ive been bought a Dragonfly 39 as a present. The problem im having is the motor doesnt seem to be engaging with the geers of the helicopter. I know this helicopter is definatly not a begginers machine, but i intend to persever with it. Ive searched the net for some type of instruction or guidance on these things, but had no joy so far. The manual that came with the helicopter is about as much use as a choclate fire guard. Crap!! Any info or help would be much appreciated Al |

| Re: Help !!! Do you mean the motor gear won't mesh with the main gear? Most everyone puts a piece of paper between the motor gear and main gear to set the gear clearance. I think you mean the motor spins the main gear but the rotor won't hook up, which means the one way bearing is having issues. I believe the #39 is like the #60 with a one way bearing or clutch, if your machine has two main gears there is a one way bearing in one of them for auto-rotation, the top one I believe-it turns one way but not the other. good luck |
