| help w just becoming interested in rc helos i'm a military and civilian helicopter technician. i've worked on over 10 different airframes and i thought that it would be great to build some rc helos of my first airplanes i crew chiefed. does anyone know if there are any replicas or parts to build a sikorsky h-53 and h-60. quite honestly i'd only be interested in investing in the hobby of rc helos if i knew that i could eventually build an authentic looking h-53 & h-60. this means that i want the unit to have a 6 blade rotorhead and 4 blade tail. i understand that this is a big investment in the future, basically i'm asking if anyone has seen these components available to create an authentic looking rc h-53. thanks mike |

| Re: help w just becoming interested in rc helos Hi the most that I have seen in rotorheads is 5 blades and 3 on the tail. there are places though that can build you what you are after if you can afford it. Basically if your interest is Scale then the sky is the limit and this is only governed by the amount of money in your pocket, You can build almost anything and that is the fun of scale then its getting it to fly. Scale helis can be purchased as kits or they can be built from scratch. You invest the time and money, you design and build and you'd be amazed at what you can build. the Best advice I can give you is research, I don't know the models that you meantioned but good luck finding what you want.
